TIER 2

After a basic review, our commercial teams will conduct a formal due diligence of your operations, analysing your procurement profile, business risks and associated operations. We will then present a formal proposal, complete with Key Performance Indicators which will be used to measure success.

TIER 3

Following agreement of our proposal, a contract will be established. At this point, our implementation teams will start the process of applying the bespoke solution that we have tailored to your business.
